The breakfast omelets was tasty. A good transfer to beaches was available. Rooms had comfy beds. The cleaning staff seemed gentle. The room was very clean. I appreciated a perfect room.

mixed experience at the resort
musty room inedible food
the staff was friendly and always willing to help when asked.
My room smelled musty when i arrived and the bathroom definitely needed some updates. the food was a real letdown. I ended up having to get taxis to different places every night because it was inedible and the same thing every day.

Solid choice for vacation!
friendly staff open bar room balcony
The staff was very friendly. They always ensured my needs were met. The bar stayed open all day. I could easily grab any drink, including soft drinks and alcohol. The rooms had balconies and were spacious. Cleanliness was apparent. Everything was as expected.
The gym's equipment was not always functional. Some machines required maintenance. This limited workout options.

The staff was generally helpful and attentive to guest requests. They quickly addressed minor issues with the room, resolved a problem with the air conditioning, and provided extra towels when needed. Restaurant service was polite, though sometimes a bit slow during peak hours. I noticed they always tried their best.
